RIDIC CO-OP VOL.2 returns with their second soiree boasting a roster of selectors - ushering Singapore’s national holiday in groove. Held in historical Pearl Hill Terrace, it bears reminders of Singapore’s turbulent post-war times and the operations carried out to maintain public order.

One of my first live projects, I coded audio-reactive visuals, with images of aerial Singapore in the yesteryears accompanied with lighthearted cultural images, hoping to spark conversation and sharing amongst partygoers. Young Singaporeans are unaware of Singapore’s history so it was a great opportunity to evoke thought on the historical moments that led to the exact ground they were standing on today.
