Backed by a multinational banking and financial services company, Mox aimed to design a new digital bank for wealthy affluent millennials in Hong Kong from the ground up. MVP for launch included: Onboarding, Dashboard, Search (Virtual Assistant), Transactions, Accounts, Virtual Cards, Loans, Smart Insights, Rewards & Gamification, Investments, Savings Rules and Notifications.
As an experience designer, I led virtual assistant, transactions, virtual cards and savings.
